运用Excel批量计算抗菌药物用药频度的方法探讨

        摘要：目的 为简便批量计算抗菌药物用药频度，从而减少工作量提供参考。方法 以我院2014年2月抗菌药物的消耗为例，根据医院信息系统（HIS）软件提供的数据，演示利用Excel 软件和函数VLOOKUP等功能批量计算抗菌药物用药频度操作步骤。结果与结论 该方法可简化数据的计算，为后期计算各临床科室抗菌药物使用的DDD强度奠定了基础，具有推广和交流意义。

        Abstract：Objective Antimicrobial DDDs for simple batch computing， and thus reduce the workload and provide reference. Methods In our hospital from 2014 February to antimicrobial consumption as an example， according to the hospital information system （HIS） software provides data， to demonstrate the use of Excel software and VLOOKUP function and other functions the batch computing antimicrobial medication frequency operation steps. Results and conclusion This method can simplify the calculation of data， which laid the foundation for the later calculation of DDD strength of antibacterial use in clinical departments， with the promotion and communication of meaning.
