(一) 图片导入,激发兴趣
1.导入:
T: To show students a picture.What are they doing?
T:There is an important day in March . Which day?
T:Yes.Why do we more trees?Are they important in our daily lives?Today let’s learn Unit4

(二)细读课文,分三部分了解文章大意。
1.Why are trees major fighters against air pollution?
2.What can we get from trees?
3.How many trees do people cut down every year?
(三)自主学习,找出重点
To help students skim the text and find out the main idea and find key phrases in this text.
(四)小组合作,问题升华
1.Help students understand some questions that they find.
2.To play a vedio and tell students to protect trees.
3.Show them the last question."In groups, talk about what you can do to save trees ."
