逍遥舒坤汤对盆腔瘀血综合征血液流变学影响的研究

        摘要：目的 观察逍遥舒坤汤对气滞血瘀型盆腔瘀血综合征的临床疗效及对血液流变学的影响。方法 将60例盆腔瘀血综合征患者随机分为治疗组（30例，服用逍遥舒坤汤）、对照组（30例，服用血府逐瘀胶囊），观察两组综合疗效及治疗前后血液流变学指标的变化。结果 治疗后，两组患者综合疗效，治疗组为90.00%，对照组为60.00%；治疗组患者血液流变学指标均较治疗前明显降低（P﹤0.05）。结论 逍遥舒坤汤能改善盆瘀征患者的血流变，使患者的临床症状和体征得到很好的改善。

        Research on the Effect of Xiaoyao Shukun Decoction on Blood Rheology of Pelvic Congestion Syndrome

        Abstract：Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Xiaoyao Shukun Decoction on the blood rheology of Pelvic Congestion Syndrome （PCS） with qi stagnation and blood stasis. Methods 60 patients with PCS were selected and randomized into experimental group （30 cases， controlled with Xiaoyao Shukun Decoction） and controlled group （30 cases， controlled with Xuefu Zhuyu Capsule）. Callback was done after one period of treatment lasting for 4 weeks. The improvements of clinical symptoms and the changes in the blood Rheology after treatment were observed and compared. Results After treatment， the total effective rate is 90.00% in the controlled group， while 60.00% in the controlled group， the controlled group excelled the controlled group in improving the blood rheology. In addition （P﹤0.05）. Conclusion Xiaoyao Shukun Decoction is an effective recipe in treating Pelvic Congestion Syndrome， and the effect can be achieved by improving the blood rheology.
