高效液相色谱法测定烧伤液中大黄素\大黄素甲醚\槲皮素的含量

        【摘要】 目的 建立高效液相色谱法测定烧伤液中大黄素、大黄素甲醚、槲皮素的含量。方法 采用Hypersil ODS C 18 (4.0 mm×250 mm,5 μm),以甲醇一磷酸盐缓冲液(pH=4)(65:35),流速1.0 ml/ml,检测波长254 nm。结果 大黄素线性范围0.7~7.0 μg/ml,平均回收率98.65%,RSD为1.24%;大黄素甲醚线性范围0.504~5.04 μg/ml,平均回收率为98.70%,RSD为1.08%,槲皮素线性范围0.384~3.84 μg/ml,平均回收率为99.36%,RSD为1.54%。结论 该方法简便、准确,可用于烧伤液的质控。

        【Abstract】 Objective To establish the HPLC metnod for determination of Emodin, Rheochrysidin and Quercetin in Burn tincture. Methods The Hypersil ODS C 18 was used as the stationary phase. The mobile phase consisted of methanol-phosphate buffer(pH=4)(65:35).The Detecting wavelength was 254nm and flow rate was 1.0 ml/min.Results The linear range of emodin, rheochrysidin and quertetin were 0.7~7.0 μg/ml, 0.504~5.04 μl/ml, 0.384-3.84 μl/ml respectively. The recovery rates of emodin, rheochrysidin and quercetin were 98.65%(RSD=1.24%),98.70%(RSD=1.08%),99.36%(RSD=1.54%) respectively. Conclusion This method is realiable and accurate, the method can be applied to determination of emodin, rheochrysidin and quercetin in Burn tincture.
