苏黄止咳胶囊治疗慢性支气管炎急性发作期临床效果研究

        [摘要] 目的 研究苏黄止咳胶囊治疗慢性支气管炎急性发作期的临床效果。 方法 选取2015年8月～2017年5月我院收治的92例慢性支气管炎急性发作期患者进行分组研究，按照随机偶数奇数法分为对照组（n=46）和治疗组（n=46），对照组给予氨茶碱、盐酸氨溴索进行治疗，治疗组在对照组治疗基础上给予苏黄止咳胶囊进行治疗，对两组各临床症状、肺功能改善情况及整体治疗效果进行评比。 结果 对照组咳嗽、喘息、咯痰及肺部啰音消失时间均明显长于治疗组，差异有统计学意义（P

        Clinical effect of Suhuang Zhike Capsule in treating acute attack of bronchitis

        [Abstract] Objective To study the clinical effect of Suhuang Zhike Capsule in the treatment of acute attack of bronchitis. Methods A total of 92 patients with acute attack of chronic bronchitis in our hospital from August 2015 to May 2017 were selected and divided into control group（n=46） and treatment group（n=46）， according to the random even number odd method. The control group was given aminophylline， ambroxol hydrochloride treatment， and the treatment group was treated with Suhuang Zhike Capsule based on the treatment of the control group.
