基于激光诱导离解光谱技术的元素识别方法

摘要:阐述了激光诱导离解光谱技术的工作原理,论述了激光诱导离解光谱技术的元素识别过程,分析了元素识别
误差存在的原因,有针对性地提出了基于标准样品原子谱线的元素识别方法,建立了一套激光诱导离解光谱探测 试验系统,对标准样品和待测样品进行了相关试验,试验结果证明了基于标准样品的元素识别方法的可行性和识 别优势.
