中美贸易战解读

        摘 要：目前中美贸易战不仅引发了全球投资者的关注，还激起了社会各界从不同角度分析和讨论的热情，学者们已经从各个角度对中美贸易战进行过解读。本文认为中美贸易战的本质是美国为实现“再工业化”战略所使用的一种手段，在美国“再工业化”的过程中，与其最大的工业品进口国—中国之间的竞争是在所难免的，所以贸易战将会是一场长期且不可避免的双方博弈，在这种背景下，中国应该积极建立一种基于竞争合作背景的双方经贸关系。

        Abstract：At present，the Sino-US trade war has not only attracted the attention of global investors，but also triggered extensive discussions in the society. Scholars have also analyzed the Sino-US trade war from various angles. This paper argues that the essence of the Sino-US trade war is a tool used by the United States to achieve the "re-industrialization" strategy. In the process of "re-industrialization"，competition with China，the largest importer of industrial products，is inevitable. Therefore，the trade war will be a long-term and inevitable game between the two countries. Under this background，China should actively establish a bilateral economic and trade relationship based on the frame of competition and cooperation.
