答：once a week. I am good at breaststroke.

Tips ：

1. 切忌过度紧张！

虽然说是面试，但是面试官们都是很和蔼可亲的，他们的目的不是要为难同学，只是想要透过聊天的方式认识同学，并进一步了解同学的性格及英语。请同学们认真准备，平常心面对！

2.行为举止要有礼貌。

同学们在回答问题时一定要看着面试官的眼睛，（这也是一种礼貌哦！）说话声音大一些！（以便对方能听清你在说什么）在面谈期间不要左顾右盼，专心一致的听面试官说话，没轮到你说话的时候，千万不要和旁边的同学聊天，这种不尊重面试官的行为可能导致不被录用！

3.保持自信与青春活力。

面试官喜欢录取的是：有自信、活泼、青春洋溢的年轻人！

4.努力练习英文，提高英语沟通能力。

通过我们英语考试的同学都具备基本的英文沟通能力，所以同学们无需惊慌紧张。
