如何做好新时代支部工作

        【摘 要】党支部，是党的全部工作和战斗力的基础，担负直接教育党员、管理党员、监督党员和组织群众、宣传群众、凝聚群众、服务群众的职责[1]。国有企业和集体企业中的党支部的重点任务是保证监督党和国家方针政策的贯彻执行，围绕企业生产经营开展工作，按规定参与企业重大問题的决策，服务改革发展、凝聚职工群众，以建设企业文化，创造一流业绩[2]。作为国有企业的基层党支部要不断加强自身建设，引领基层队伍建设团队文化。

        key tasks of the party branches in state-owned enterprises and collective enterprises are to ensure the supervision of the implementation of the principles and policies of the Party and the country， and to carry out the work around the production and management of enterprises， to participate in the decisions on major issues of enterprises in accordance with regulations， to serve reform and development， and to unite the masses of staff and workers， so as to build enterprise culture and create first-class achievements[2].
