县级医院骨干医师培训项目实施方案

为贯彻落实卫生部、国家中医药管理局《关于实施县级医院骨干医师培训项目的通知》（卫办医管函〔2010〕670号）精神，提高我省县级医院的整体医疗技术水平和服务能力，省卫生厅、省中医药管理局决定在我省全面实施县级医院骨干医师培训项目。
一、项目目标
为全省县级医院培训207名骨干医师，培养一支留得住、用得上、临床基本功扎实、掌握相关学科适宜技术、能满足农村患者基本医疗服务需求的骨干医师队伍。
二、项目内容
（一）培训医院。省卫生厅确定省级培训医院和天津对口支援甘肃培训医院；各市、州卫生局根据本地区三级医院资源分布情况确定培训医院后，将任务分解到各培训医院。鼓励已经开展住院医师规范化培训的医院，适当多承担一些培训任务。
（二）县级医院。包括县级综合医院和县级中医医院，每个县原则上选派3人。
（三）带教医（技、护）师及培训对象。原则上要求具
