赤霉素固态发酵培养基的研究

【摘要]赤霉素是一种重要的植物生长调节剂,当前市场上的产品主要由微生物发酵而来。在发酵过程中,培养基的组成也是近年来研究的
热门话题。本文将汽爆处理后的农作物秸秆作为原料.经纤维索酶水解,然后加入培养基中进行固态发酵。结果表明将1 g汽爆秸秆酶解后,作 为培养基组成的一部分进行发酵.发酵周期为168 h时,可得到的赤霉素最大产量为789.14 mg/kg干基

Abstract:Gibberellin is an important plant growth regulator,and the product in the current market is fermented by microbes.In the process of fermentation,the composition of culture medium is also a hot topic in recent years.In this paper,the corn stalks after steam explosion treatment were treated by cellulases.The products of hydrolysis were added into the culurte medium for solid—state fermentation.The result showed that the maximum gibberellin yield was 789.1 4 mg/kg dry basis when 1 g corn stalks after st
