My greatest weakness is that I value leisure time spent with my family and therefore I treasure my weekends and free time in the evenings. My greatest strength is my commitment to work. I strive for excellence and always try to do my best.

2.Why did you leave your last job？你为什么离职呢？

The job was too busy that I have no time to write my thesis. I thought it is more important to finish my thesis.

I have finished three new projects, and I am sure I can apply my experience to this position. I feel I can make some positive contributions to your company in the future.

18.What course did you like best in university？

Monographic study of film and television works at home and abroad. I was very interested in this course when I was a student. And it was useful to my thesis writing.

19. What have you learned from the jobs you have had？

I have learned a lot about basic office skills. In addition I learned at my previous job show to cooperate with my colleagues.

20.What’s you major weak point？

I am not very good at spoken english. But I am sure I will improve quickly and greatly if I have the chance to join the college/institution and excise english everyday.

21.What are your greatest strengths？

I always approach things very enthusiastically. When I am immersed in something I will never leave it halfdone until successfully complete it with my persistent efforts.

– My biggest strength is tenacity. I have to see a project through to the finish no matter what challenges I encounter along the way. I always give whatever it takes to complete the job.

22. What is the most important thing for you to be happy？

A Different people have different ideas. I think the most important thing for me is having a good relationship with my family members and my friends. My family has always been very close knit and my friends and I spend a lot of time together. Without that I would be much less happy than I am.

23. What are your personal weaknesses？

I’m afraid I’m a poor talker. I’m not comfortable talking with the people whom I have just met for the first time. That is not very good for business so I have been studying public speaking.

24. Are you more of a leader or a follower？

I don’t try to lead people. I’d rather cooperate with everybody and get the job done by working together.

25. What makes you angry？

Dishonesty. It’s unacceptable.

26. Are you available for travel？

Yes I like traveling. I am young and unmarried. It’s no problem for me to travel frequently.

27. How about overtime work？

Overtime work is very common in companies. I can work overtime if it’s necessary but I don’t think we will work overtime everyday.

28. Do you like regular work？

No I don’t like regular work. I am interested in different projects with new opport unities and new challenge but I can do regular work if the company needs me to do so.

29. What salary do you expect？

The salary I should require would be 4000 a month.

I am willing to serve on trial for some months at a small salary.
