关于青岛市房地产市场价格走向的思考

摘要：城市房价的持续走高，不仅是青岛市，而且是全国性的普遍现象。国家以“国十条”政策严厉调控房地产市场，期望实现住宅销售价格的科学合理稳定的增长。青岛要坚决执行中央确定的方针与政策，建立以政府为主导的房地产市场运行体制与机制；不断提高国民的收入水平，让人民分享改革开放的成果；通过加快大城市周边小城市的发展以有效分流大城市居住人口；通过法律和政策的强硬手段从根本上终结房地产商的“暴利时代”；继续发挥金融调控手段，在稳定楼市价格的同时合理科学地保护房地产业的可持续发展。关键词：青岛；房地产市场；房价。
