TODAY is November 7th. It’s our Open Day . Our parents come and visit our school on this

At 9.a.m., we go to the music room for the first lesson of the day. My friends and I sing nice songs there. After music class, it is time to go to the art room. The teacher teaches how to draw a spaceship. What an interesting morning!

Then lunchtime is coming. There is an "English Day" in the dining hall, so we talk in English and have some English food for lunch, like hamburgers and chips, and I also have some ice cream. It’s such a special day.

We all have days when we are down, tired and unhappy. That’s OK. You need days like this, or how would you know you are happy? You’ll enjoy your good days even more when you have a few bad days. Even if sadness is a part of life, let’s try to make it small. Here are a few simple ways to help you feel better when you are feeling sad.

1. Stand up straight so that this helps your energy flow (流动). When your energy is flowing freely, you can flow too.

2. Smile! It’s easy to do and have good results. This way can not only leave you in a good mood but also bring others a good mood.

3. Listen to music. It can be your favourite music. Some kinds of music work better than others, so try and find out what kind of music works the best for you.

4. Take some “me” time. You can find happiness in reading a book, watching a sunrise or having a hot bath, or something like that.

5. Exercise. Even something as simple as taking a walk will get your blood flowing. It is a great way to clear your mind of anything that makes you sad.

These ways will cheer you up when you are down, but don’t just use them when you are sad. Try and practice them every day to make them a habit. You will be surprised to learn that these simple ways will keep your sadness away. But if you are in a deep depression (沮丧), go to see a doctor.

　　任何职业都是间接或直接地为人类或别人服务，只是服务对象、服务层面不同，而服务质量的本质要求是相同的。目前一般认为服务质量就是服务对象的满意度和同行认可度，而要服务对象满意、同行认可，绝不是简简单单的微笑、文明用语及事后处理，更重要的是事前工作的质量和输出的产品的质量。 我所从事的安检工作，工作的核心内容是保障安全，我们输出的产品是安全，安检服务质量最重要的衡量标准同样是安全。那么怎样才能提高服务质量，体现安检工作最大价值呢?
　　我认为： 首先，要认识到服务质量的重要性和关键性。服务质量优，则被服务对象满意度高，其心情则舒畅，才会和谐、愉快地配合安检;反之，则服务对象满意度低，其心情郁闷，内心则会产生厌恶、对抗甚至敌对意识，干扰安检工作。我们服务质量的好坏，表面上讲，会影响到安检的形象，深层次讲，会动摇安全的根基，其后果将是不可挽回的。因此，我们必须不断提高服务质量，以优质的服务保障安全，赢得声誉。
　　其次，要有敬业爱岗和忠诚企业的职业道德和品格。如果没有这两样品质，是不可能提供出高质量服务的;没有这两样品德，就会不思进取、敷衍塞责、得过且过;就会无精打采、不负责任、行事马虎、差错不断;就会影响团结、影响合作、影响形象。因此，要网想有意识地不断提升服务质量，就必须具备这两样品德。
　　第三，要有大局意识和良好的心态。只有具备大局意识才会真正意识到服务质量的重要性和必要性;只有具备大局意识，才会积极、主动地为他人着想、为服务考虑;具有具备大局意识才会自觉提升服务质量。只有具备良好的心态，才会意识到所在岗位的重要性和不可或缺性;只有具备良好的心态，才会认为为他人提供优质的服务是一种良好的品德，是一种相互合作，是一种人与人之间的尊重;只有具备良好的心态，才能意识到能为他人提供优质的服务是一种享受和幸福。
　　第四，要加强学习，提高素质，总结经验，讲究艺术。只有不断地学习，才能提高业务素质，也才会为服务对象提供无差错的优质服务。只有个人素质过硬，才会赢得服务对
